Every piece is handcrafted to order, so your glassware is made for you after you order rather than pulled from a shelf. We currently ship within the United States.

Shipped orders include tracking information sent to your email once they are on their way.
Damaged or Defective Items
Every piece is handcrafted to order, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. What we do promise is that your order arrives in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with a defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
- Replacements and refunds are covered at no cost to you
- Please keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
- Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind
