At Drink Your Affirmations, we want you to love your purchase. Every glass is thoughtfully designed to bring intention and encouragement to your daily routine.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at youraffirmationshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for your return. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Because our products are made of glass, we understand that shipping accidents can occasionally happen.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We'll gladly replace the damaged item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used
• Personalized or custom-made products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
