Water Exposed to the Written Word LOVE

By placing meaningful affirmations on our glassware, we hope to transform an everyday habit into a moment of intention. Each time you take a sip, you're reminded to focus on the thoughts, beliefs, and energy you want to cultivate in your life.

The image beside this text comes from one of my own water experiments. Water was exposed to the word Love, frozen, and photographed. The resulting pattern serves as a beautiful reminder that words, thoughts, and intention may have a greater impact than we realize.

Water Exposed to the Written Word HATE

In this experiment, water exposed to the written word "Hate" formed a dramatically different pattern than water exposed to words such as "Love." Instead of creating soft, symmetrical shapes, the crystal structure appeared jagged, distorted, and irregular.

These images offer a powerful visual reminder of something many of us already know: words carry energy, meaning, and influence. That's why every Drink Your Affirmations glass is designed to surround your daily routine with messages that uplift, encourage, and inspire.

Meet the Founder

Kira Martin

Kira Martin is an Idaho native, wife to the love of her life Tyler for 17 years, and mother to three wonderful boys (ages 16, 14, and 10), with a baby girl on the way. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has a deep love for learning, personal growth, and discovering new ways to find joy, strengthen faith, and connect with heaven. She enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, videography, entrepreneurship, meeting new people, seeking new adventures, and co-hosting The Joyful Path Podcast.

Like many meaningful ideas, Drink Your Affirmations was born during a season of challenge.

As Kira searched for greater peace, clarity, and purpose, she began exploring practices that could help strengthen her mindset and bring more intention into her daily life. During that journey, she discovered the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto and Veda Austin. Their exploration of water, intention, and the power of our words sparked something in her.

Inspired by what she was learning, Kira began writing affirmations directly on her drinking glasses. Throughout the day, as she drank water, she would reflect on those words, visualize her goals, and focus on becoming the person she felt called to be.

What started as a personal practice soon became something she wanted to share with others. With the help of her husband, Tyler, she created Drink Your Affirmations to transform an everyday habit into a meaningful ritual of intention, faith, and personal growth.

Today, Drink Your Affirmations exists to help people cultivate greater joy, gratitude, confidence, and purpose—one sip at a time.
